Do you take custom orders?

What is your return or refund policy?

All sales are final unless otherwise noted. Please review product descriptions, measurements, and photos carefully before placing your order. If you have any questions about an item before purchasing, feel free to contact us and we will be happy to help.

The post office has lost my package. Will you replace my order?

We are so sorry if this happens. Once a package is in the possession of USPS, the shipment and delivery are the responsibility of the postal service. Because all of our pieces are handmade and one of a kind, we are unable to replace or replicate a lost order.

If your package appears to be lost, we recommend contacting USPS directly to file a claim or locate your shipment using the tracking information provided with your order.

How long does it take for a piece to be made?

It takes about a month to two months for each piece to be made.

Why does my item look slightly different from the photos?
Because each piece is handmade, slight variations in shape, size, glaze, and color are completely normal and part of what makes every item unique.

How are items packaged for shipping?
We take great care in packaging each piece securely using protective materials to help ensure it arrives safely.

Are your ceramics food safe?
Yes! Our pieces are made with food-safe glazes unless otherwise specified in the product description.

Are your ceramics microwave and dishwasher safe?
Yes, our pieces are microwave, oven and dishwasher safe, unless otherwise specified but we recommend hand washing to help preserve the longevity of the glaze and finish.

Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders cannot be changed or canceled once they have been placed. If you have questions before ordering, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help.
